Rocco Pascucci, M.D., FAAP

Rocco F. Pascucci, M.D., F.A.A.P.

Rocco F. Pascucci, M.D., FAAP was born and raised in Newark, N.J. He graduated from Seton Hall University of South Orange, N.J. with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and Social Studies. He also was commissioned at that time from the Reserve Officer Training Program (ROTC) as a Second Lieutenant in the United States Army Reserve.

Dr. Pascucci became a Probation Officer in Newark, N.J. At that time, he was a member of the Juvenile Aid Officers Association, the Juvenile Conference Committee of Bloomfield, N.J., and a member of the Fraternal Order of Police (FOP) Lodge 52-Essex County.

Dr. Pascucci then attended medical school at the American University of the Caribbean where he received a Medical Doctorate degree in 1982. In 1985, Dr. Pascucci completed his Pediatric training in the internship and residency program at Monmouth Medical Center in Long Branch, N.J. where he was Chief Resident during his third year of residency. Dr. Pascucci then began practicing pediatrics in the Bayshore area where he continues to do so today.

Dr. Pascucci remains very active in the community. Dr. Pascucci was previously on the Holmdel Board of Education and served as Deputy Mayor of Holmdel Township. Dr. Pascucci was a member of the Holmdel (CERT) Community Emergency Response Team. He was also the physician in charge of the National Guard Challenge Youth Program. Dr. Pascucci rose to the rank of Major in the New Jersey Army National Guard as a Field Surgeon. Dr. Pascucci was also named Man of the Year in 2010 by the Matawan Italian American Association. He is currently a Deputy Coordinator of Emergency Management in Holmdel.

Dr. Pascucci is currently on staff at Riverview Medical Center. He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics, and a member of the New Jersey State Medical Society.

Dr. Pascucci lives locally with his wife and children, and is active in many community service programs.
